Examples

I found several examples in Cosmo magazines.

In all the editions there is a page dedicated to "from the editor" which is written by the editor-in-chief. It typically has 3 columns, the center one is the one that deals with PR. It mostly promotes whatever campaign or movement that cosmo has joined to help better/save the world. In one edition it promotes their Practice Safe Sun campaign, which gets the message out about how deadly tanning beds can be. In another edition their is a blurb about the editor-in-chief at, and supporting, the fund-raiser for the Trevor project(helping gay teens).
